How designing your perfect boots works
Here is how we guide you through the process of designing your personalised, made-to-measure boots. While the steps are simple and consistent, every appointment is tailored to you, ensuring a truly personal experience from start to finish.

Browse the designs
Take some time to explore our website and discover the possibilities. Browse our boot designs and familiarise yourself with the range of custom options available when creating your perfect pair. If you’re looking for inspiration, be sure to visit our gallery, where you can see a selection of beautifully crafted boots and the different styles and finishes chosen by our customers.

Book your appointment
We offer the option of having your appointment in person or online. You can visit our showroom where you can see our sample boots, try them on and browse the leathers and decoration options in person. Depending upon your location, home or yard visits can also be arranged. We understand everyone has a busy schedule so, within reason, we are happy to hold appointments out of standard working hours. We also attend several competitions where you can also see the boots, choose a design and have your measurements taken.

Choose your boots
We will guide you through every step of creating your boots — from selecting your preferred model to choosing from the full range of customisation options, decorative details, and accessories. During your appointment, we will also take your measurements to ensure a precise and comfortable made-to-measure fit. Each pair of boots is crafted to order, designed specifically to your chosen style and exact measurements. At the time of ordering, a 50% deposit is required to begin production.

Receive your boots
Your boots will usually be ready within 4–6 weeks. During the summer and Christmas factory shutdowns, production times may be slightly longer, but when you place your order we can request a more precise estimated delivery date for you if you require one. Once your boots arrive with us, we will let you know and send you a photograph of your finished pair. You can then choose to visit us to try them on and collect them, or we can arrange delivery directly to you. The remaining balance will be requested either when you collect your boots or prior to dispatch if they are being sent to you.

We’re confident that you will love your boots so much that a another pair (or two) may soon be on the horizon. Once we have taken your measurements, there is usually no need to repeat the process unless your shape has significantly changed.
We keep all your measurements and previous orders securely on file, making it easy to reorder the same boots in just a few minutes if you wish. If you’d prefer to create a new design — whether completely from scratch or inspired by a previous pair — we will be happy to guide you through the options, either during a standard appointment or over the phone.
